I keep getting this message “Failed to Sync Device” It then says release to refresh, then the Failed to Sync Device message appears again. What do I do?

Same thing is happening to mine! Ever since the new updates, my Fitbit hasn’t been syncing properly and recording my sleep. Any fix to all this!?
