Is it possible to have my Fitbit charge have a clock display with 24 hr time instead of 12. I like using the display that also shows the date but I really want to see 24 hr time..

Yes - you can change that in the dashboard under Personal Settings.

Why would you hide that setting on the website? The setting needs to be in the app, it should probably be even part of the initial setup. Or you could probably copy that setting from my phone settings.
And since we're here, not sure why the Windows phone app believes I'm in the United States, when I'm in fact in Romania. A phone with the time zone and regional settings set to Romania should be enough to convince it I'm in Europe.
