Received 001 error. Plugged in to charger to soft reset. After holding in button for 8 seconds, straight line displayed as if tracking progress. Line was all the way across screen for several minutes, then screen went black. No response when pressing button while attached to charger. Unplugged and pressed button but no response. Now what?

Please try changing your Charge 3 clock face and the long restart.
