Charge 3 - 24 hour clock format

Please can someone tell me how I get a 24 hour clock up as I can only get 12 hour clocks ? Does fitbit charge plan to do 24 clock? My old blaze used to have one

That option is not not the menu and i still have a zero in front of the post noon times. Can this be changed in software updates?

I have looked to change my Fitbit charge 3 to a 24 hour  lock but these instructions do not allow me to do this

the app

I have just purchased a fitbit charge 3 and I would like to use the 24 hour clock format.

I have done as suggested - advanced settings but I cannot find the Clock Display Time!!

What am I doing wrong?

You have to do this on the website and not within the app. Once on the website (log in first so you can see your dashboard) then tap on the ‘face’ icon in the top right hand corner. Then on the next screen you can see there is ‘cog’ in the top right hand corner. Tapping that brings down a menu. Select settings and the clock display time is there and you can change to 24 hours.

My Fitbit Inspire HR does not synch to 24 hour clock even though I have set it to 24 hour on the Dashboard. It is still showing 12 hour clock. Any further answers?

This has not worked for my Inspire HR. It is still in 12 hour even though I have ticked 24 hour on the Dashboard

When I go into settings/advanced settings I do not see the Clock Display Time to change the Charge 3 clock to a 24 hour clock. Any additional instructions?

This should be a device setting on the charge 3, shouldn't need app let alone website.

For those of you who cant read, like me, this is done through the ONLINE site, not the APP. Also, I couldn't find the settings symbol until I figured out my iPad screen isn't wide enough and I had to scroll over. It's all the way on the top right. Final step - you have to sync it from your computer with the dongle or Bluetooth.

This solution does NOT work for me.

What screen is actually the "dashboard" ? 

Whatever - the screen I get is headed fitbit today. 

From there I can select the funny looing white / pale turquoise icon on the top left which goes into my Account.

I can then select the sam icon (it's the first on the display) and this goes into my Account

Then I can click on Personal - BUT this does NOT have any Advanced Settings option so I can't find the 12/24 hour clock option.
