Hello,
I wonder if anyone has had this issue that only started happening to my device in the last week or so.
I used to be able to wear it for a week without needing to charge it but now every 2 days it starts doing the following:
1. If I try to use the device by starting exercise tracking or scroll through the menu, it restarts back to the smiley face.
2. It shows as being 70%-80% charged then suddenly drops to less than 15%, again even though it was fully charged less than 2 days earlier.
3. When I plug it in to charge it, it suddenly jumps back up to a higher percentage charge.
I think something may be wrong with the battery or perhaps the software? I have checked if there is a new firmware update and my app is not suggesting an update.
Anyone seen this and know if there is anything I can do to rectify this issue?
