Charge 3 display flickering

Over the last 2 days, my Charge 3 has just starting flickering, switching screens madly and vibrating. I have tried factory reset but nothing works. I also tried switching the device completely off, then restarted again, it did not work either. The device vibrates on itself, without me touching it. The side button does not seem to be responsive when I press on it. Can anyone help me with this?
