I have had my Charge 3 since 27th June 2020 and recently its been unable to hold charge. Started a few weeks ago- it was lasting a few days when it normally lasted a week but now it barely lasts 24 hours. I’ve tried rebooting it, letting it run down to nothing and charging it back up but nothing seems to work. Disappointed

Hello @EllaGracey. Welcome to the community forums.
I'm very sorry for the experience and thank you for the detailed information and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. At this time, I'd like to let you know that the battery life of your Charge 3 can be affected by some factors.
First, please make sure that you've been charging your Charge 3 correctly. For instructions, please check: How do I charge my Fitbit device? In addition, I also recommend reviewing this help article for instructions about how to extend the battery life of your Charge 3:

I have the same issue as the OP. Nothing is helping that is being suggested. I don't even get a full day anymore before I have to charge...it lasts maybe 6-8 hours. Mine started Monday 6/7 with this issue and looking through the forums, this is a big issue with many users. Stop suggesting a reboot because it clearly doesn't work. Perhaps look at the amount of people complaining and fix the issue.

Sorry its taken so long to reply I forgot my account details.
The battery problem resolved itself after multiple times letting it drain and recharging it and restarts and reboots.
But today it stopped working altogether. I think the battery fluid has leaked. The Charge 3 has been nothing but trouble.

Hi there.
Yea I was finally able to get ahold of support on Twitter. I tried after over a week of charging and having it drain within 2-3 hours. Tried all their troubleshooting tips. And was basically told I just need to buy a new one and they gave me 30% off coupon. It was just over a year old so not covered on warranty. I said forget it.
