Hi
I have tried everything advised on these threads to get my screen to wake up but it remains black.
It is fully charged and vibrates when I press the on button

Please confirm that you have tried restarting your tracker, the long restart and changing the clock face.

I have the same situation with my Charge 3. Absolutely black screen, but vibrates as alarm clock every day, and vibrates while new notifications received by my phone

I too have the same problem, black screen, vibrates when I put on charge and gives information to phone but totally black screen.
I have tried all the things in the previous posts but still no return of my screen.

Andrea, this seems to be a product defect as the black screen persists on my charge 3 despite exactly following instructions. I also get the vibration on long start attempt but still no success. Time to escalate this from a "case" issue to an apology and free product replacement. Word of mouth can go viral so very quickly.
Same issue here with the Charge 3:
- Black screen. Restart and long restart are ineffective. Just vibrates.
- Unable to perform the "changing clock face" as the device is not pairing.
- It's been left to fully charge.
Am I basically left with a dud?

I have the same issue and have tried the reset suggested. Please can you escalate this? Whilst I have been searching for answers, it’s seems this is an issue people have been having since 2019. Surely there is a fix within your system?
Just an update, I’ve been offered 35% discount off a new watch. I don’t think this is good enough. There is clearly an issue with this watch and we can’t all afford to buy new watches when we have purchased one we thought would last us years
I’m having the same issues with my charge 3. Black screen - I’ve tried the long restart, changing the clock face, nothing is working. It will still track, and the button vibrates, but can’t see the screen. From the replies of others, this looks like a problem that’s been going on for a while. Please help!
Same problem here. Been trying different things for weeks to fix it, checking online, deleting the app, adding it back, re-pairing it, going into any setting I could, etc. Nothing. A flaw in the product?
