I have tried the other methods outlined on this support board, but my Charge 3 screen has been black for 2 weeks. It syncs. It buzzes when I touch the button. We did the 15 sec restart/charge thing. We tried the "change the clock face" thing. Nothing works. We've been loyal Fitbit customers and put up with the lack of quality. This is soooo frustrating. If you can't fix this this is the last straw. FITBIT help! fix your software bugs!

Best Answersnap. I have tried all the methods suggested on here and elsewhere. Apparently (going by the picture on my phone when I look at the tracker info) I have managed to change the clock face. Completely black screen.
It is still syncing so I get the stats on my phone, but once that stops working and I need another tracker it will NOT be Fitbit
