I have done multiple restarts, smiley was shown but still I cannot see anything on my Fitbit. It’s a black screen.
the device vibrates, syncs with the app on the phone but I cannot see anything but the black screen.
can someone pls advice what to do as I cannot track anything on the Fitbit, I cannot even see the watch.
the device is charged, the steps being counted into the app etc. The issue is only the black screen.

Let me help you with your Charge 3 showing a black screen and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Since the tracker is syncing I suggest you try changing the clock face by following these instructions.

Hi all, the issue still occurs. The screen is very, very dim. I can hardly see anything on my fitbit as the screen is too light. BR, Katja
