Charge 3 Black Screen

I have a Charge 3 that is fully charged and syncs with the app but will not restart. 

I have done the restart sequence at least 50 times and changed clock face multiple times. 

Is there something else I can do?

Yes, I have done this multiple times. I feel the vibrations and see stats on the app. 

Have changed the clock and feel the vibration after it changes.
