My watch shows a small black line across the screen at the top, where the step count is on some faces and where the battery sign is when you open the stats.
tried resetting multiple times, doesn’t work.

Same problem here. THere is one black line near the top of the screen.
I bought my fitbit from Fitbit’s website and have tried resetting it and changing the clock face numerous times but they haven’t worked. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do.

Unfortunately, the same thing happened to me and I found no solution. I urge you that if your Fitbit is still under warranty, email them and they will send you a replacement just like they did for me!

Nothing you can do but email fitbit they will send you out a replacement for free. I didn't even get mine on the fitbit website and there is one on the way from them

I asked that when I brought it back to the shop , they said bring it back again , I got the versa instead and no problem with it and I've it about 4 weeks now

My charge 3 is two weeks old and now has black line across top of screen. Looks like this is common issue - how annoying! I’ve barely used it. What support does Fitbit offer?

I'm having the same issue. It started out with 1 line... now up to 5 this morning. I've tried restarting multiple times and nothing helps.

If you contact them , they will offer you a new replacement one or a discount on another device. I got the versa into of getting another charge 3 and have know problems with it

This will be my 2nd replacement. I bought it in January and had a replacement for the same issue in February. So now here is number 2.... I wonder if I should just go to the Apple Watch if this doesn’t work.

I'd go with the versa, I did and have it at least a month and a half and no problems. Way more stuff on it than the charge 3

I have a fine black line that suddenly appeared at the top of my screen. It’s less than three months old so pretty disappointed.

Mine is now 6 months old and the lines have extended as far as the middle of the screen. The Charge 3 display is simply rubbish.

I'd like some help, too. I bought my Charge 3 Late November. What is my recourse? Do we have to hope you will send us to support, or should we demand a refund? I would like a replacement; I'm sure the rest of those here would as well. What is the process?
