My watch shows a small black line across the screen at the top, where the step count is on some faces and where the battery sign is when you open the stats.
tried resetting multiple times, doesn’t work.

Mine started off with one line but since I have charged the device I now have 6 black lines across the screen. Resets to the device doesn’t improve anything.

Hi,
I’m seeing the same lines on my Fitbit screen. Please send me any information on how this can be fixed. I’ve only had my Charge 3 since January 1st.

@wendypayton, @Meenapooja, @DuracellDave,@KvdL and @StephSutton, thanks for sharing detailed information about your Charge 3 behavior. I see your point of view about this situation and, just in case you're not done so, I'd suggest to try restarting your Charge 3.

We are also having the same issue where we have 4 black horizontal lines across the top of the screen. These started appearing just after the latest update.
Like other users we have also tried the rebooting and the clearing data options.
Please help.

I am also having a problem with a black line on my Charge 3 after the recent update, I have only had this watch since March 2019 - I have tried doing a factory reset, changing clock face etc but no change, please advise?

Just get in touch with customer support and most probably they will send you a new one. They did for me 🙂

Hi.
I am experiencing a similar problem with my Charge3. I have 2 black lines at the top of the screen and one black line down the right side of the screen that obstructs the view of the last number on the bottom right of the screen. My Charge3 was given to me as a Christmas gift. I'd hate to have to return it. I have reset the device and changed clock faces a few times, but still have the black lines. Help, please!

My watch has just developed this problem too. Very disappointing as it is only two weeks old and I was loving it....
