I have a black screen on charge 3. I can see green light at the back and the device vibrates if I press the side button. But the screen doesn't turn on and it doesn't connect to the app. I have already tried connecting to power and press it for 15 seconds. [Still black screen]

In addition to the long restart, you can perform a regular restart.
If your Tracker is syncing, please try to change the clock face by following these instructions:

Thanks for responding. The device is not syncing so can't try changing the clock face. I tried to perform a regular restart, the tracker did vibrate but it did not display a smile face.
