Charge 3 Blank Screen and vibrating

My Charge 3s screen went blank. I've looked at the community topics and have tried the suggestions of connecting to the charger and holding the power button for 15 seconds.  And also changing the screen from the app. Nothing happens with either of these. Are there any other suggestions?
