Hi my screen went dim and has now gone completely blank. I have tried to change the clock face and also follow the instructions to reset but it hasn't made any difference. Looking for Fitbit for further assistance please.

I am sorry to hear your Charge 3 screen is completely blank. Thanks for trying to resolve this and I am here to help. Since you've tried to restart the tracker and change a clock face, I recommend doing a long restart:

Hi All, My Fitbit Charge 3 also died yesterday. Screen blank, does not react to pressing button, does not sync, lights on the back is also dead.
I tried the suggestions here, but no luck. When I have it in the charger, and I hold the button, it vibrates for about 8 seconds and then stops vibrating. Nothing else happens. I have taken it out of the charger and placed it back. Still nothing.
I have press the button for 15 sec while in the charger, nothing.
I have check that the contacts are clean and touching correctly.
When I take it out of the charger and hold the button it just continues vibrating. I gave up after about 30 seconds. Nothing happened.

Ok, I do not know what happened, but somehow my Phone linked to the Tracker again (I left the Tracker in the charger so maybe the battery was not fully charged before) and it seems like there was an update which did not finish. I just saw a quick completing update message come up. Now the tracker seems to be working again.
