Charge 3 glitching

My charge 3 has started glitching. It keeps vibrating and going to the DND screen. The it stops and starts exercises. It’s like someone is pressing the side button, but I’m not. I have reset it twice and charged it, but it’s still doing it. Nothing out of the ordinary happened today, I haven’t banged it or dropped it. Any help?
