My Charge 3 is bricked and unresponsive. I have tried the resetting by holding the button while connected to the charger - Nothing, no smiley face or vibrations. Nothing in the help section has worked.
I thought it might be the battery so I left it hooked up to the charger, came back about an hour latter and the device was ripping HOT. Quite scary..
I have a suspicion that a firmware update bricked the device. I think I just passed the warranty too... I am not interested in buying another $150 device that only lasts a year or a 25% off coupon. I guess I need to go to another brand of tracker if it can't be fixed.

Mine is fine when it's on the charger though I can't seem to reboot it. But as soon as I put it on my wrist, it dies.
