Charge 3 Dim Display

My charge3 dims when being charged, unable to read the screen. What is the cause and how do I reverse that.

Hi there @PerryZ. Welcome to Community Forums.

I appreciate the feedback and comments. I'd recommend you check you have the latest Fitbit Firmware and OS of your mobile device, then follow these instructions to restart your device.

You can try to change your clock face, if this fixes the issue, you can change it back to the original clock face. If you are using a third-party clock face, please switch to a Fitbit clock face and try the troubleshooting again.

Also check if the Sleep Mode or Do Not Disturb Mode are On in your device.

My Fitbit is working as expected and I do not want to mess with it until acts up again.
