Charge 3 Dim display

Recently my Charge 3 display has gradually become dimmer and dimmer to the point I can no longer even see the time when outdoors. This makes it impossible to track my running.

Have tried a long reset as suggested to others in community with the same problem and it seems to have made it even worse to the point it’s almost useless. I have also checked for updates on Fitbit app and there are none to complete.

any ideas?

I have not heard from the support team in any way and as far as I’m aware no ticket exists.
I can no longer see anything on my display at any time night or day, not even the time.

I checked with our Support team and you had a ticket created in July were they provided instructions to you with the last reply sent by them on July 20th. If you still have questions you can reach out to them for clarification or further assistance.

Could I ask where I can access this reply with instructions? Or where they sent these instructions as this is the only correspondence I have seen on the matter so far.

I have checked junk at every stage and still the only correspondence I have had is from yourself.
I have had a watch without a display for weeks now.
