Recently my Charge 3 display has gradually become dimmer and dimmer to the point I can no longer even see the time when outdoors. This makes it impossible to track my running.
Have tried a long reset as suggested to others in community with the same problem and it seems to have made it even worse to the point it’s almost useless. I have also checked for updates on Fitbit app and there are none to complete.
any ideas?

Thanks for your reply.
Could I ask where I can access this reply with instructions? Or where they sent these instructions as this is the only correspondence I have seen on the matter so far.
Thanks again

@ChrisHarby this reply should be on your email service. Check if it wasn't sent to the junk or spam folder. This would explain why you haven't seen their response yet.
Keep me posted.
