I have been facing this issue ever since the last Charge 3 update. As soon as I installed that update my screen went black. All the functionality works! There's haptic feedback and everything. Just the screen. Help me reconnect my device to my app so that I can at least track things on my phone. Certainly not wasting more money on Fitbit!

Good product but now a problem to fix the black screen.
will also not buy Fitbit anymore
