Charge 3 Faded

Hello,

My fitbit Charge 3 is just 7 months old and the top part of the display has faded completely, I tried to restart and it hasn't solved the issue. Everything seems to be working still I just can't read anything on the top half of the face on my fitbit, I have to go to the app on my phone to get all my stats. How could I get this fixed?

Cheers

Hi @Heissbabe  Try a Long Restart, but if that doesnt help then contact Customer Support

CHARGE 3 LONG RESTART
Plug the device into the charging cable. While the device is plugged into the charging cable, hold the button down for 15 seconds. Remove your finger from button. Note: Device won't have a smiley face icon and should be off with a black screen. Remove the device from the charging cable. Plug the device into the charging cable again. The smiley face icon appears on the screen.
