Charge 3 Firmware not showing correctly

When looking at the latest firmware releases, these are often 1.64… 1.84 etc... Mine is showing something no where near these version listings. It is currently at:

28.20001.6

3.5

Am I reading this correctly? This is from the about screen on the watch and from the fitbit app.

Ignore all the leading numbers; just look at the end  1.6nn

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Thanks for the response this now leads into the second question. Why am I not getting the option to update. I've checked the forums for hints and checked a few things but I am unable to update to the latest. I even tried removing from the app and reconnecting.

Read firmware rollout post at top of this page.

Firmware updates roll out gradually.  It doesn't just suddenly go to everyone.  Just be patient and it will get to you.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

What I do find strange though is that I am now two updates late. I will continue to wait and be patient.😉
