Good day

 

I have tried the hard reset on my charge 3 but it is failing to do so after a whole day of trying, it keep vibrating and jumping from screen to screen. i have plugged in with the charger and it is not working or switching on or off. 

Please can you assist me resolve this issue

Same here my problem started yesterday. My charge 3 keeps vibrating until the battery runs out. It kinda works for a bit then the vibrations start all over.
