I've been using Fitbit since I purchased a Charge 2 back when they came out. The Charge 2 worked great for me, no problems until my screen cracked.
I then decided to go to their brand new Charge 3 when I received an email from Fitbit offering the Charge 3 at the price of $119.99.
The Charge 3 has been nothing but trouble. I fail to see its purpose if it turns itself off minutes after starting a workout. It doesn't matter what the workout is...it turns itself off. The only thing it seems to do is count steps. Whoopie.
I have been asking for help with this thing since I got it but Fitbit doesn't seem to stand by their faulty products, they just push another product out and expect the consumer to eat the cost of their last one and buy their new model.
Fitbit I'd like some support for the Charge 3. Why is it turning off?

It should not be turning off the whole device, but just "turning off' the screen. If you press the side button the screen would awaken and you should see your workout. What do you mean by turning off?

I choose a workout, say for example Treadmill. I push the start.button, 60 minutes later when I'm done I go to stop it, to press finish, and the workout isn't on.
I sync it with my Fitbit app and according to the Fitbit, the Treadmill workout stopped 3 minutes after I started it. It consistently does this.
I have previous posts on here complaining about the same thing. But Fitbit has not given me a solution. Very frustrating to say the least.
