Charge3 battery died suddenly after 2 years.  Bought a charge4 (with discount), brand new and wouldn't charge.  Returned the charge4 and had to  shipping.   Am I the only one having bad experience with fitbit?   Why people are still buying fitbit???

Hi @quality123 people are buying Fitbit devices because it fits in with their life goals. Not everyone on the forums has problems, but not everyone who is happy has time to come here to post. Most of my real life friends never post on Fitbit and most of my challenge friends never do either. If you had a problem and you're getting help with it, how is that a bad experience?
