Charge 3, Intermittent WhatsApp notifications

Hi,

I use a Redmi note 7 and use both sim cards and also two whatsapp numbers.  I cannot get more than one notification on the charge before it stops working.  Any ideas

Note that the Fitbit App works well with any mobile device that meets the requirements listed in this link. If your phone meets the requirements and the inconvenience persists, I suggest following the troubleshooting steps suggested in this help article:

On a side note, take into consideration that it is possible you can only get notifications from one sim card/phone number at a time.
