I have a Charge 3 and have just got a new phone, a Samsung A52.
When I set the app up to allow for texts/call notifications it is stopping the phone receiving texts at all. Has anyone else experienced this?

Hello @Belts74. Welcome to the community forums!
Thank you very much for the information but this is very odd. I suggest you to please make sure that Messages is set as your default texting app. You might also clear the cache memory of your Messaging App.
I also recommend testing your mobile device with a different app. It could be WhatsApp to see if your mobile device and Fitbit device receive the notifications. In the meantime, I recommend taking a look at this help article for Fitbit notifications:
How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?
Lastly, take into consideration that the Fitbit App should work well with any mobile device that meets the requirements listed here.
Hope this helps.
