Hello there @sulsa11, thanks for getting back and for the screenshots provided. I'm glad to hear that you were able to add Interval Workout on your Charge 3.

If the information on your Fitbit and Charge 3 are not matching, I'd recommend restarting your Charge 3 by following these steps. Then, in the Fitbit app do the following:

  • Log out of your Fitbit app
  • Force quit the app
  • Turn off the Bluetooth
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes
  • Turn on the Bluetooth
  • Log back into your Fitbit app
  • Log your Intervals

Since you were able to change the intervals once, you have to delete the current interval workout and add a new one with the time you want by following the steps I provided here.

Give this a go and let me know the outcome. 😉

Hi there @sulsa11, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided.

Go to exercise shortcuts and at the top right corner you should see edit, tap that and you'll see the red minus button appear next to each activity, click on that and it'll remove it. Go back and sync your device, then to set custom intervals:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap Account icon > your device image.
  2. Tap Exercise Shortcuts.
  3. Tap Interval Workout
  4. Set your intervals.
  5. Sync your device to save the changes.

I hope this helps you, let me know if you need further assistance.

Here is my screeenshot.  I do not have an edit or Interval workout.  That is what I am trying to figure out.  How do I add it in?

Also the timers are backwards.  Rest is move on the Charge 3 and move is rest.  Really odd coding error.
