My Charge 3 does not "open" for me to see anything when it is on my wrist. It also doesn't react all the time when it is on the charger. It is still tracking everything as I can see it in the app. I've done the reset and changing the clock face, but it did not help. What else can I do, as I don't want to have to look at changing brands? Thank you.
