Yesterday, my Charge 3 started turning itself on and off repeatedly for an hour, constantly vibrating each time it turned on and off. I eventually got it to stop by restarting it (not a factory reset). This morning, the battery had died while I was sleeping (I went to bed with the battery at 70%). When I finally got it charged up, it now has odd white lines running down the screen face (both vertical and horizontal) when I look at it, it's deleted my stats a couple times today and it will sometimes turn itself off (but when you hit the button, it vibrates like it's on). I didn't do anything out of the ordinary with it recently, so I'm not sure why these problems are now popping up. I bought it in December 2019 new from Costco, so it's less than a year old. What do I do?? Is it permanently broken?
