There is no longer a map that shows my route during a run in the exercise tracker on the app. The tracker still records and recognizes how far I ran so the GPS must be working. How do I get it to start showing again?

Thank you for sharing the details of the issue you’re experiencing. I recommend doing the following:
1. Restart your Charge 3: How do I restart my Fitbit device?0
2. Force quit, and reopen the Fitbit app to refresh the connection with your device.
3. On your phone, go to Settings > Bluetooth and turn Bluetooth off and back on.
4. Restart your phone.
5. Sync your tracker and try recording a new GPS activity.
