Charge 3 Not Receiving Text and Email Notifications

Hello! For the past 3 days, my Charge 3 will not receive text or email notifications. I have an Android phone. I did not change any settings on my phone or my Fitbit, it just stopped letting notifications go through. It still notifies me of phone calls though. I have double checked all of my settings both in my phone settings and my Fitbit app settings and all of them are set so that I should be able to receive my notifications. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing the Fitbit app, unpairing my Charge 3 from my phone's bluetooth, rebooting my Charge 3 multiple times (I tried it both ways...using the settings on the actual Charge 3 and also by holding the button down while it charges), and restarting my phone. None of these are clearing up my issue. I did notice that a couple of times when I was rebooting my Charge 3, instead of just going to the smiley face, there was a think empty rectangle on the screen. If I kept holding the button down it would buzz and fill up partially. Sometimes it would only get about 1/4 of the way "full" before going to the smiley face screen, other times it would get almost all of the way full before switching screens. I assumed that might be an update trying to go through but I don't know how to get it to do the full thing. I keep holding the button but it doesn't seem to affect it.

Hi! This is happening to me too! Also I have no idea why it says I reported this! I didn't!
