Since I've gotten my Charge 3 it will not show texts or anything else. It will vibrate and show I got a notification. It will vibrate and show I got a text but when I press Open it goes back to the clock face. I've never been able to read or respond to them. I have a Samsung S10+ phone and T Mobile is my provider. It shouldn't be an excuse but I'm thinking T Mobile's texting system is the problem, however, Fitbit doesn't point out that some mobile providers may not work. I used to have a Versa and it didn't work on it either. I'm not happy about this but again Fitbit hasn't addressed this or how it might be fixed. I'm not dumping my provider T Mobile. A lot of people use T Mobile and probably don't even realize it's the reason they aren't getting texts they can read and respond to on their Fitbits. I'm not even sure I'm correct it's just an educated guess. I don't have email or anything else set up on my Fitbit but that probably doesn't work either. Am I right about this? Why can't I read and reply to my texts? What is Fitbit going to do about it? Another feature that doesn't work, maybe Fitbit should tell the public since I see so many posts in here about it not working.

I am having the same issue on the Samsung note 10+ and I have Verizon. What texting app do you use?
