My charge 3 will not work. It is plugged in and turns on... I reset it get the smiley face and it will not charge. Only works when -plugged in and minimal battery life. Please help!
I’m having the exact same problem works fine when plugged in tried the 8 & 15 seconds re boot that works smiley face but the minute I unplug it screen black no power !!!!
SAME!!! I have done both. plugged in and unplugged. But still won't work. Then i plug it in and I get the normal screen, wrong time and blinking battery. No charge
