I’ve tried the following to get that ‘buzz’:
reboot
toggled the setting to off then back on
changed the Vibrations setting to Strong
it still vibrates when I plug it in to charge, so unless that circuitry is different, I assume they device is still capable.
thoughts or ideas?

Do you have 'Reminders to Move' turned on, and set to days and time you are expecting it?
From phone app 'Today' screen:
Profile pic > Charge 3 > Reminders to Move

(Via today page ~ hourly reminder module ~ settings gear)
I’ve toggled that setting on and off a number of times, even including a reboot with the toggle in hopes of a “harder reset”

I've never seen or heard of 'hourly reminder module'. If you are on iPhone, maybe that is different there.

Ah yes, perhaps it is different as I am on iPhone.
the reminders to move is definitely on, however.
additionally, Do not disturb is not on.

Thank you. My Do not disturb is off. (Setting is not illuminated-in case I’m misunderstanding what DND off looks like because it doesn’t state “on” or “off”, only lit up or not lit up)
