When I turn my wrist the time doesn't come up.  I have to push the side button.  Can this be fixed?

Hi @3LabradorMum  which Fitbit do you have? You've posted in an area for web developers, so you're not going to get relevant answers.

Stepping in the U.S.A. since September 2013. Android 14

Hi @3LabradorMum  no worries, I moved it to the area where you'll get more relevant responses. Is it possible the screen is dimmer than you need? See pages 18 and 19 of the user manual - click to go there. It's recommended to do a restart of your device. Maybe that would also help.

Hello @3LabradorMum. Welcome to the community forums! @Odyssey13 Thanks for the great input and I'm glad to see you around!

@3LabradorMum Thank you for the information and adding to the post above, make sure that your Charge 3 hasn't gone into Sleep or DND mode. When any of these settings are activated:

  • Notifications don't cause the tracker to vibrate or the screen to turn on.
  • The screen's brightness is set to dim.
  • Turning your wrist won't cause the tracker’s screen to turn on.

To change this, press and hold the button, and swipe left to access the quick settings screen. Tap a setting to turn it on or off. When you turn off the setting, the icon appears dim with a line through it. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?

If that is not the case, I recommend performing a restart. You can complete this process by following the instructions here: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Hope this helps.
