Hello,
Charge 3 owner here. Last night my screen stopped working. I have searched the forums, reddit groups and tech sites, and apparently this is a common and known issue.
I have followed all the suggested steps from various posts:
1. Normal Restart
2. Long Restart
3, Restart, Disconnect from Charger, Reconnect
4. Changing Watchface
5. Various Other Suggestions
to no avail!
What can I do to receive some help for this issue?

+1 for contacting customer service. I've had mine for a few days over a year. Not a lot of problems with it until now. Same screen as you and a lot of other people here. To be honest I had already been on Amazon and was looking at other brands. Customer support emailed me back within 2 hr's, buy the end of the afternoon I was already taking care of 100%. Great service.

Charger 3. Screen has frozen on the clock face screen. Will not change. Help.

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

I've contacted customer support and since I'm two months out of warranty they won't do anything besides offering a 25% discount of another device. This is really crap seeing as this is a known issue and others have gotten assistance with it. Commence blogging and social media in 3..2..1...

Have you tried changing the clock face yet. It worked when the device froze on the clock and I could't swipe. Other times when it got glitch and laggy or wouldn't sync I went to setting in the menu on the charge 3 scrolled down and tapped "about" scroll down and tap restart (not clear data) and it fixed it more than not. I think restart clears some memory. ( but thats just me thinking from ex.on other devices) Any way the charge 3 seemed better after that until a few days ago when the screen went bonkers.
