My charge 3 seems to not respond to touch any longer. I cannot get to the other screens as a result. I've reset the watch multiple times, changed the clock face and even unpaired the watch and re-paired it with my app. Nothing has worked. The watch is only 5 months old, I received it as a Christmas gift. Any suggestions on how to fix this problem?
same here, the screen is no respond, i bought it in November 2019.
At first, the screen have 1 black line since February 2020, the black line increase to 3 since April 2020, then now, it is totally black.
any help?
Best AnswerMine stopped scrolling too. Got it in January 2020.
Holding both sides, all it does is beep.
That doesn't work. It only gets me the notifications and screen wake, and I still can't access those with a touch.
Best AnswerPut it in the charger and hold the button for 8 seconds. It won't erase anything just unfreeze it.

Best AnswerMy Charge 3 stopped scrolling a month ago. I've reset it many times. Initially after the reset, the scrolling works (I was super pumped),...but it only worked for a few minutes. It resorted back to not scrolling. It still captures my heart rate, calories burned, etc...but is also reporting that I've climbed excessive amounts of stairs. On an average day, my Charge 3 now says that I've climbed over 100 floors (not true at all). Yesterday, I worked at my desk for 10 hours, and the Charge 3 says I had 51 floors, and 5703 steps. The step count is accurate....but the floor count is WAY off.
I can only view my stats by syncing. I've had Fitbits since 2015. I love the results, but can't seem to make them last for more than 1 year. I got the Charge 3 as a Christmas gift in 2018. I miss viewing my incoming text messages, seeing whose calling, starting an exercise session....etc. Now it's just a glorified watch. Super bummed in Ohio!!
