Hello,
I was doing some exercise & clicked finish on my Fitbit & it all of a sudden went black. I’ve tried all of the troubleshoots advised by the Fitbit website and on the Forums, but still my watch doesn’t show anything.
The screen is black, but it’s still syncing on my app, & it still vibrates on the side when I touch it, therefore it’s clearly switched on?
Could I please have some support or advice? It’s only 6 months old, so I’m confused as to why it’s doing this.

I am having this same issue. I tried everything it has said here and no luck. My device is only 7 months old...
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
