Charge 3 Screen is Missing Lines

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I had a Charge 2, and when it was 1.5 years old in 2019, it randomly lost lines on the screen, as if pixels had gone out. Since it was 1.5 years old, FitBit said they couldn’t do anything other than offer me a discount on a replacement. I saved up and bought a Charge 3 for my birthday in October 2019, so now it it’s 1.5 years old...AND THE EXACT SAME DEFECT HAPPENED LAST NIGHT! I called Fitbit, and after restarting it did nothing, all they did was offer me a 35% discount on a replacement. I’m so angry! Apparently these are disposable devices you have to replace every 1.5 years? I take very good care of my FitBit, and I would expect a longer life AND better service since this is a recurring problem. There should at least be a repair option...

Hello @Kiango, welcome to the community forums!

I'm very sorry for the experience and tank you very much for taking the time to provide your feedback! Please note that our team is always working to enhance your experience and your feedback is a big part of that process. Definitely it helps a lot!

On a side note, we currently don't have a repair center where you could take this device for review. In addition, I was able to confirm that you have a case with our Support Team. Since you have received assistance from them, I suggest you to update your case if you require further assistance or if you have any additional questions or comments. Thanks for your patience!

Have a great day!

Why is the reply button turned off for this thread now? I was hoping
