Unable to pair Charge 3

Hi,

Today my Charge 3 stopped sync-ing. I clicked 'Fix It' and the recommendation was to forget the device and re-pair. Now when I try to repair, my phone can't find my Charge 3. Instead the only available device is PR BT 131A. A search reveals that PR BT 131A is a Phillips Respironics CPAP device.

I'd appreciate some technical support.

Hello @AlainDeWitt, it's great to see you around! Thanks for the information and the troubleshooting steps you've tried prior to posting!

If your Charge 3 still can't be paired, I suggest you to perform a restart by doing the steps here. I also recommend restarting your phone and that you also log out from the Fitbit App and then back in.

If the inconvenience persists, please check this help article for more details. Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Hope this helps!

Update: now three BT devices show up: Venue-Tile, Charge 3 and PR BT 131A. Charge 3 won't pair.

Hi, Wilson,

Thanks for your message. I got it sorted. I found that article. I forgot that to pair the device is has to be connected to the charger.
