The screen wake function on my charge 3 is not working. When I go to turn that feature on, the icon does not light up, it just stays dimmed. I tried restarting it but that didn't work. Any ideas?

You might be in Sleep Mode - in Quick Settings near Screen Wake.

@Stejebo. As @JohnnyRow mentioned, the Sleep Mode on your Charge 3 might be activated. When this is activated, the screen's brightness is set to dim. In this case please disable Sleep Mode and check if you're able to adjust the Screen Wake on your Charge 3.
