Charge 3 Screen

My Charge 3 screen went black today. I have plugged it in, charged it, tried both reset options AND attempted to change the clock face via phone app. 

 

I LOVE fitbit but I have had several issues with my more recent trackers and I wish it would be fixed. Any other help for how to get this working again?

Just had the same issue.  Screen just went dead abut 1/2 hour ago & nothing I do gets it back.  Same as you I have charged it and tried resetting it a few times.  I do get the the happy face but that's it.  So if anyone can help us would appreciate it.

Same here. My Charge 3 worked fine this morning, screen went black around 2pm and still is black. The current Charge 3 I have is the second replacement sent to me by Fitbit, as I had issues with my originally purchased one, the first replacement and now my current Charge 3....

My screen went black today, too.  I am on a replacement for the first Fitbit Charge 3 that I had the same issue with.  Nothing I do is working to reset it.

I am having the same issue! I tried the 15 second reset around four times and finally got it back, but when I tried to change back to my original clock face (mod), back to black we went. I changed back to the analog clock face the FitBit was set to when the 15 second reset worked, and then did the longer reset again. On the second attempt it worked, so I assumed I was good. Nope! Five minutes later and my display isn't working again.

This had happened to me several times in only a few months. The only thing that worked for me was leaving the battery run down completely then charging up from dead. It's really annoying 🙄
