I'm loving the charge 3 it's my first fitness tracker and so far it has exceeded my expectations. I did see a quirk today which I thought I would report .
I took the charge 3 swimming for the first time . After entering the water I went to the exercises screen to put it into swim mode . The exercise shortcuts had changed from the usual run, bike etc . The first exercise was run then the other five were all Pilates. When I came back from swimming and it synced to the phone the exercises have come back as they were. It auto detected the swimming fine .

Welcome to the Forums @OutlineKid.
Thanks for taking the time to share your experience with us. Glad to read that you are enjoying your Charge 3.
I will be moving this thread to the Charge 3 board as I think it is better suited for it.
It is possible that the duplicates were caused by some sort of bug. If this happens again I would recommend that you restart your Fitbit. Click here for instructions on how to do it. That should help in getting it all to work correctly.
Let me know if you have any further questions.

I have the exact same issue. It was all working fine last weekend. Now I have run and 5xpilate entries. I didn't change it this way. I have restarted ios and resync'd multiple times. But for me it won't give me the bike option back. Also seems to be a problem with the display. The top row of pixels (most noticible when the date shows there) seems to be missing. This is the 2nd charge3 I have had since Christmas when the first went back due to a warranty issue.

Was about to do my usual cardio workout this morning and noticed my Charge 3 did the exact same thing. The exercises are showing as one Walk then five Pilates. I tried changing and saving the exercises online on the dashboard, restarting the fitbit in the charger, and rebooting it from the watch itself, and nothing. Is there an actual fix to this?
