Hi!
This morning my new Charge 3 auto tracked my bike ride to work. When I looked again this afternoon, it was gone. I couldn't find my bike ride and it doesn't seem that it counted the calories I burned with it. Can you help me fix it? I tried logging out and in again but that did not work.

Well they haven't really helped, they have only sent me an article on how SmartTrack works. It still doesn't work and it's ridiculous that no one cares to help me. I see that others have these issues as well and they are being ignored. It would be great if someone from FitBit could actually help me with this issue.
