Charge 3 SmartTrack isn't working

I finished my workout and I got a notification on that SmartTrack identified a workout while I was working out. At first it posted, when I went back to check it out, it doesn't exist anymore but still appears in notification

Can you please be more specific about the issue you are having with SmartTrack? Where are you still seeing it? Did you manually log any activity or edit this one?.

So I was doing a workout (89min) and towards the end we did aerobics so smartrack notified my phone and said it recognized an activity. It posted to my dash, then when I went back, it was gone. I was able to screenshot it before it disappeared. It is still in notifications on the app but won't direct me to it.
