Hoping someone can help!
I have a limited edition Charge 3 (lavender band, rose gold face) fitbit. Until recently, it was working fine. However:
- I have to press the side button to view the screen-tapping no longer works
- The screen is unreadable in daylight-I have adjusted the brightness and changed the clock to make it easier to read-worked for about 3 days
- The notifications no longer work-no reminders or incoming call/message vibrations
- The screen as of an hour ago appears to have corrupted-it is showing hieroglyphics.
I have had my charge 3 for less than two years. Yes, there have been a couple of concerns, but I have been able to fix these through the forum.
I would like to either have my fitbit fixed or replaced. Is the warranty for 2 years in Australia? (I received my fitbit on Boxing Day 2018)

Let me help you with your Charge 3 not working as it should. You can check the warranty guidelines here for your country. Before Support checks on your warranty I would like to suggest you restart your tracker as you don't mention any troubleshoots. You can restart it by doing the following:

Thank you for your quick reply!
I have reset my Fitbit so the display is working again-great!
However the other issues I raised remain. I am concerned my charge 3 will glitch with the hieroglyphics across the screen again.
What can we do to fix these please?
