Hi Guys,
What can be done to track my two boys stolen Fitbis?(both Ace and Charge 3 were stolen last night)
Is there a way for Fitbit to block the person who tries to register the device on a different email address?
Regard

Hi @Ozbenezra you'll need to report this to your local law enforcement. Unfortunately, Fitbit doesn't have a way to block someone from registering the devices. You should still see the devices listed on their account unless someone does register to another email address. You sure they were stolen? If you're within range and can sync, then they might just be tucked someone where of sight. Sorry this happened to your sons.

Hi Oddesy13,
Yes i am sure they were stolen as the car was broken into while the kids
were at football games. Still don't understand why Fitbit doesn't block the
device ?

Hi, welcome to the Fitbit Community forums @Ozbenezra.
I'm sorry to see that both of your devices were stolen from your car.
Unfortunately there is now way to block the devices from Fitbit's end, but I've gone ahead and sent your information to the Customer Support team for further assistance and so they can provide you with further details. You should be getting a reply soon.
Let me know if you have further questions.
