Hi,
this has been happening the last 3 days. The app constantly fails to sync with device, also as soon as it fails it attempts another sync and this also fails, I’ve looked at Bluetooth setting and device seems to be connected. I’ve also deleted any unwanted Bluetooth devices, can you please help

I’m have the exact same issue and the clock on my devise is exactly 10 minutes off it’s getting very old!
the only thing that seems to help is to charge it

I am having the same issue. I finally managed to get it to sync this morning but within an hour it had stopped syncing and was just looking for the device. I turned the bluetooth off of my Mac computer so the only bluetooth in the house is my iPhone which I use with the Fitbit app. I am also losing time so this makes the alarm option pretty useless. One thing I noticed after I removed the app from my phone and then reinstalled (the only way I got a sync) was that the location option which I had previously had at always is not showing. I would really appreciate someone at Fitbit to provide a solution or update to fix this issue as it seems to be affecting a large number of people. Also I would like a fix for my screen but can't change the clock face as it doesn't recognize my device. PLEASE HELP ALL OF US.
